The living area, which is located on the main floor, is richly appointed with 50″ flatscreen TV , fireplace, 4 sofas (one sleeper sofa) & plenty of space to gather with friends & loved ones, & enjoy the beautiful view.

You will love the 2 bedrooms located on the main floor, each features a king ensemble with dressers, nightstand, reading lamps, a 32″ flatscreen TV, with DVD player, & an adjoining custom bath.

The lovely, well appointed kitchen features beautiful tiled floors, custom counter tops, with all modern appliances, & an adjoining half bath. The dining area will seat 16 guests, plus 8 additional at the kitchen island and the bar. You can also enjoy the views from the kitchen & the dining area! The huge, wrap-around deck offers views in every direction, & is furnished with 8 rocking chairs, a commercial gas grill, and a private area on the deck with a huge, 8 person hot tub.

The lower level of this amazing 3 story home, features a second full living area with a 50″ plasma TV, fireplace, 2 sleeper sofas, & a kitchenette with full size refrigerator to store away your favorite snacks & beverages. The lower level also provides 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with King size beds, dresser, nightstands, reading lamps, 32″ flatscreen TV with DVD, & private adjoining bath. The fun is just beginning! The lower level also features an authentic 2 Seat Daytona 500 Arcade Game, 2 Person Sharpshooter Arcade game, Foosball, & Air Hockey.. Just outside this gaming area, is a Basketball Arcade Game. For your convenience, a washer & dryer is also provided on this level.

The 3rd floor is where you will find the spaceous Master bedroom, complete with 2 king size beds, You can relax in the cozy leather chair with ottoman & enjoy the Mountain Views, or sit back & watch the 32″ LCD flatscreen TV with DVD. Adjoining the bedroom is a large master bath complete with steam shower. There is also a charming ‘kids room’ on the 3rd floor, with a double bed, futon, flatscreen TV, & lots of books. Your guests won’t believe the State of the Art Private Home Theater, with Surround Sound, & 14′ screen. Just outside the home theater, in the loft area, is a Pool Table, Pac Man arcade game, & Neo Geo arcade game.
